If you have a long-term condition and are looking for ways to cope, this course could be for you. You may have been recently diagnosed, you may have been living with your condition for some time, or someone close to you may be affected. If you feel in need of help, Challenging Your Condition is suitable for any point in your adult life.
‘I have gone from feeling isolated, helped and desperate to making a positive start on learning how to manage the rest of my life’
The course consists of a two-and-a-half-hour session once a week for six weeks (in an accessible venue). It is a small commitment for something that could make a big difference.

All our courses are free to attend. We obtain funding from various bodies which covers our running costs. This in fact serves as another guarantee of quality as we have to evaluate and feedback to our funders to show how each course went.
Take a look at the course calendar in your area and use the information there to complete the form you will also find there. If there isn’t anything available near you, please still send us your form. This means we can keep track of demand and keep you up to date with announcements of any new courses.
We have evidence that this course turns people’s lives around. Take a look.
