Some people with arthritis find that certain foods can adversely affect their arthritis but each person is different so there are no hard and fast rules. A healthy diet is good for everyone and our booklet Healthy Eating and Arthritis will give you more information on this topic.
Exercise can be very beneficial for people with arthritis – as long as it is done safely and appropriate exercises are followed. Exercise can help to limit the effects of arthritis and our booklet Exercise and Arthritis will give you some tips on exercising. However, you should always speak to your GP or physiotherapist before embarking on any exercise programme.
