Arthritis Care’s Memorandum and Articles of Association is the organisation’s governing document.
It was created when our name was changed to Arthritis Care in 1983, to ensure we carry on the work of the organisation originally known as The British Rheumatic Association, which was founded in 1947.
It has been updated by Special Resolutions a number of times.
