Arthritis Care’s board of trustees governs the charity.
Smaller groups of trustees oversee the different parts of the organisation in sub committees. These are the public affairs committee, the audit committee, the pensions committee, the operations and resources committee, and the national/regional chairs trustees and directors committee.
The chief executive reports to the board of trustees. He has an executive assistant.
There are seven directorates within Arthritis Care (Resources, Public Affairs, Marketing and Fundraising, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). The directorates are each headed up by a director who reports to the chief executive.
Arthritis Care’s North, Central and South England regions all report to the England director.
