This innovative project developed between Arthritis Care and NHS Orkney was designed to help people in Orkney change their lives by managing their own long term conditions.
The course 'Challenging your condition' which was delivered twice a year, was so successful that there was a waiting list. In order to meet the demands, it was piloted as a video conference.
