Arthritis Care and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) have worked together to raise awareness of the issues faced by women with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the UK.
This project resulted in the production of a high quality photographic book which features 10 powerful stories of women living with RA. Each woman was interviewed by a female politician and comments are given by their female healthcare professionals.
This is a beautiful, high quality book which gives a true insight to the various issues women diagnosed with RA face in their day to day lives.
It is incredibly motivating and uplifting to read how these women have managed their RA and overcome the difficulties brought by this painful condition. We hope that sharing their experiences will be an inspiration to others.
