Use your knitting skills to raise money for Arthritis Care

If you enjoy knitting, why not pick up your needles and help people with arthritis across the UK?

What is Knimble Knitters?

We are asking people to take part in a sponsored knit to fundraise for our vital services. Knimble Knitters is a year-round fundraising event which you can take part in at any time, regardless of your skill level. Simply knit an item of your choice, and ask your friends and family to sponsor you while you knit – it’s so easy and you can keep your item when you have finished.

How will this help support the charity?

Our free helplines, self-management courses and information publications for people with arthritis rely on donations, and they can and do change lives. Your sponsorship will help fund these services.

Knitting and arthritis

Knitting can also be good therapy for arthritis if done carefully – see Knitting and arthritis for more information.

How do I sign up?

Contact the Knimble Knitters team on 020 7380 6500 or by emailing Knitting@arthritiscare.org.uk for your fundraising pack including sponsorship forms, great fundraising ideas and some easy patterns to get you started. You can also download all materials using the links below, which saves the charity money on postage.

We would like to thank Let's Knit magazine for supporting Knimble Knitters by providing the knitting patterns below.
