Living with arthritis can be tough. It can be hard to understand your own feelings, let alone try and explain them to someone else. Writing is a great way to let your imagination run wild, take your mind off things, or help you to clarify how you’re feeling. Best of all, it’s cheap and you don’t even need to leave the house.
