For the fourth year, Arthritis Care is running its annual creative writing competition. The competition is aims to give people with arthritis the opportunity to write about their condition using a theme.
A letter to my pain
If you live with arthritis, pain can impact on every part of life, making daily tasks difficult and frustrating. Whilst you can feel it, no one else can see it. Is there something you would like to say to your pain?
We want you to write about your arthritis using the theme A letter to my pain. You might want to tell your pain about a plan you have to keep it under control or just express how you feel. You might want to give your pain a name or character and write to it that way. How to enter
