How to submit your entry
You can use any form of creative writing, such as a poem, short story or play. Entries must be no longer than 750 words and must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 30 June 2009. Winners will be announced on 30 July 2009.
Please submit entries to creative@arthritiscare.org.uk or to Creative writing competition, Publications department, Arthritis Care, 18 Stephenson Way, London, NW1 2HD.
The prize for the winning entry is a five-day residential writing course with the Arvon Foundation
