Email signatures

Adding a signature to your emails means that everyone you contact will know that you support Arthritis Care.  Here is an example you can use: 

Your name
Your contact details

I support Arthritis Care - always there for people with arthritis.
Visit their website at www.arthritiscare.org.uk 


Each email system has a different way of adding signatures. Here is a typical method for Outlook 2003

  1. on toolbar select 'tools' > 'options'
  2. select 'mail format' tab
  3. select 'Signatures...' button
  4. select 'New...'
  5. give signature a name click 'next'
  6. Paste in your signature (see suggestion below)
  7. click ' Finish'
  8. click 'OK'
  9. in ' Signature for new messages' select your new signature
  10. click OK
  11. test by creating new Email
