Arthritis Care is very grateful for the support we receive from charitable trusts and foundations.
Below are some examples of how this support has helped us pilot exciting new initiatives, as well as maintain our core services for people with arthritis.
Donations from Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales and the Beatrice Laing Trust have enabled us to launch a three-year pilot project to support young people with arthritis and their families. The aim of the pilot project, taking place in the south west of England, is to establish a needs-led programme of activity for young people with arthritis that can be replicated throughout the UK.
A grant from the John Ellerman Foundation has enabled us to maintain our work in local communities by supporting our regional offices throughout the UK. Having a regional structure means that we can identify and respond to the needs of people in their local communities, ensuring that we deliver the right services in the areas where they are needed most.
Every donation we receive from charitable trusts and foundations makes a significant difference to what we can achieve. If you would like to discuss how your charitable trust can support the work of Arthritis Care, please contact the Trust Fundraising team on 020 7380 6554.
