Arthritis Care staff and volunteers were on hand to talk to employees after being asked to support a number of information days for staff employed by the Child Support Agency (CSA).
The information days were part of the agency's musculoskeletal health and well-being week. The aim of the week was to make employees with musculoskeletal conditions aware of services and support available to them.
Suzanne Osborne, information services manager said: 'Being invited by the CSA to talk to their employees was a great opportunity for us to reach people in work. This has been a goal of ours for some time and we hope to be able to continue work of this kind in the future.'
More than 80 employees visited the information stands. Although many had arthritis themselves, many were interested in taking information for family and friends.
Please contact us if you represent a large employer and would like to talk to us about how you can support your employees with arthritis.
