Do you have a few hours to spare each month?
Do you feel you would like to do something to help others?
Have you ever thought about volunteering?

If you have answered yes to these questions, then you may be just what we are looking for.

Opportunities currently exist within Arthritis Care Northern Ireland in a variety of volunteering roles. You could:

  • become an information volunteer
  • become a campaigning volunteer
  • join a local branch or group to help out on the committee
  • become a training volunteer delivering our self-management courses to people with arthritis (you must have arthritis yourself to take up this role)
  • assist with fundraising, either by helping the resource development manager with a regionally organised event, or by organising fundraising events in your local community

We welcome volunteers from all areas of the province, but at the moment we have gaps in the following specific areas:

  • Newry
  • Newcastle
  • Downpatrick
  • Fermanagh
  • Strabane
  • Londonderry
  • Armagh
  • Omagh
  • North Coast

Giving your time to help others can be very fulfilling. If you feel this would be of interest to you, then please get in touch with us at our Northern Ireland office
