Planned courses

The Training Team in Northern Ireland deliver a variety and number of courses throughout the province each year, we attempt to deliver courses where there is the most interest / evidence of need. If you are interested, please contact us for further information, or to add your name to our waiting list for a course in your area.  Alternatively you can complete the waiting list registration form on this website - entitled, 'Join the Waiting List'.  All courses are free for people with arthritis.

The types of courses we deliver in Northern Ireland are:

Challenging Arthritis – 6 week course, 2.5 hours per session

Challenging Your Condition - 6 week course, 2.5 hours per session

You Can Break the Pain Cycle – half-day course

Challenging Pain - 2 half days

Arthritis Awareness – day courses for groups of 20 people (aimed at health professionals or employers)

There are no Arthritis Awareness courses planned at present although we are keen to develop partnerships with Local Health and Social Care Groups in the following areas:

Mid-Ulster

Armagh/Dungannon

Northern

Southern

East Antrim
