For people with arthritis

Challenging Arthritis – participants meet once a week for six weeks to share experiences and learn about managing their arthritis, pain, problem solving, diet and exercise

You Can Break the Pain Cycle – people with arthritis learn pain management techniques through this half-day course .


For people with chronic conditions, including arthritis

Challenging Pain – this workshop runs once a week for two weeks and aimed to provide people with easy skills and techniques to manage their pain more effectively.


Challenging Your Condition – these weekly sessions over six weeks helps people with all types of long-term conditions to learn simple skills and techniques to manage their conditions more effectively.


For young people with arthritis

Positive Future Workshop – residential workshops for 13-17 year olds with arthritis which involve discussion groups and activities

Body Image Workshop – residential workshop for young people with arthritis looking at self-image and confidence building


Awareness raising workshops

Arthritis Awareness – a flexible, short workshop for employers and employees looking at the issues around arthritis and the impact on the individual with arthritis

Kids Actually Have Arthritis Too – a workshop for teachers and students to develop their awareness of arthritis through practical activities and discussion

Preparing for Work – for people with arthritis looking to start or return to work, this course involves meeting once weekly over eight weeks
