Arthritis Care volunteers have organised hydrotherapy sessions at St Albans Hospital.
These weekly hydrotherapy sessions are held every Wednesday. Session one runs from 7.30pm to 8.15pm and session two runs from 8.15pm to 9pm.
Each session consists of a 30 minute class of general exercises led by a physiotherapist and then attendees can stay in the water for up to an extra 15 minutes to do their own exercises.
Anyone with arthritis is welcome to attend providing they have written approval from their GP, Consultant or Physiotherapist. For more information on how you can join these sessions please contact our regional office
