Elaine Curno is trekking the Great Wall of China in September 2010 to raise money for Arthritis Care South England.
This may not sound very remarkable until you read her life story. Elaine lives life with fibromyalgia, ME and osteoarthritis.
She was inspired to take up this challenge after attending one of our self-management workshops and is slowly making positive changes in her life.
She is now a member of staff on the Arthritis Care South England team and she is an inspiration to us all.
