Run by two leaders living with pain themselves, this workshop is aimed at helping people to live with pain. It is for people who want to learn a range of pain management techniques – including relaxation, stress management and exercise – and how to handle fatigue. The workshop is run in two sessions on consecutive weeks. The course is very informal, and there are plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions.
