Volunteers run branches and groups across Wales, where members find support and encouragement as well as a range of talks, social events and training workshops.
‘It can be wonderful to realise that there are others going through the same as you,’ says one volunteer.
Aberystwyth branch
Meets at 7pm on the first Monday of the month at Aberystwyth Day Centre.
Cardiff Branch
Meets between 2pm and 4pm on the first Wednesday of the month at Maes-y-Coed Community Centre, Heath, Cardiff.
Caernarfon branch
Meetings held twice a month:
- Between 2pm and 4pm every second Thursday of the month at the Institute Buildings, Caernarfon.
Between 7pm and 9pm every last Wednesday of the month, with a speaker, at Maesincla Day Centre, Caernarfon.
Clydach branch
Meetings held between 1:30pm and 4pm every other Thursday at the Moose Hall, Beryl Road, Clydach, Swansea.
Crickhowell & District branch
Meetings held between 7pm and 9pm on the second Thursday of the month at Llangattock Community Hall, Llangattock.
Denbigh & District branch
Meetings are held between 7pm and 9pm on the last Thursday of the month at Eirianfa Community Centre, Denbigh.

Group meetings are held between 10.30am and 12.30pm on the first Thursday of the month at Flint Town Hall, Market Square, Flint, CH6 5NW.

Haverfordwest branch
Branch meetings held from 2pm every third Tuesday of the month (except August) at the Picton Community Centre, Haverfordwest, with outings in June and July.
Hydrotherapy sessions are held each Wednesday from 11.30am at the Portfield School Hydrotherapy Pool.
Neath branch
Meets 7pm for 7.30pm on the third Wednesday of the month (except for December when they meet on the first Wednesday) at The Memorial Hall, Coedffranc, Skewen.
Port Talbot group
Meets 2.00pm on the last Thursday of every month at St. Theodore's Church, Port Talbot
