Action 1:
Make sure 'caps lock' and 'number lock' are off on your keyboard. Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.

Action 2:
Change and reset your password by going to 'Log In' (top of page) and selecting 'I forgot my password ?' You will need to know your username. The NEW password will be sent to the email address you used when registering.

Action 3:
If the above does not work email your USERNAME to the webmanager webmanager@arthritiscare.org.uk

Action 4:
If you do not remember your username, email the webmanager with the email address you used to register. The webmanager will send you your username. Then take Action 2

If these do not work
Email the webmanager explaining the problem as clearly as you can.
