Our services and support
Arthritis Care provides a number of different types of information and support to help people with arthritis lead a full and active life and learn more about living with their condition.
Face to face services
We run drop-in sessions, activity days, individual support sessions and many more free services for people with arthritis all over the UK.
Branches and Groups
Feeling supported, understood and independent are all important parts of living well with arthritis. We have branches and groups all over the UK which give you the opportunity to meet other people with arthritis in your community, share your experiences and learn from those of others.
Our free helpline is open 9.30am-5pm Monday –Friday. Each member of our helpline team has experience of living with arthritis or another long-term condition or has close links with someone who has arthritis.
We know that coping with emotions and arthritis can be difficult. Read our information on dealing with the emotional side of arthritis.
If you want to talk about your experiences, listen to others, answer questions or share information, our online community is the right place for you.
Our publications include factsheets and booklets to help people with arthritis better manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
