Giving regularly to Arthritis Care is a generous and easy way to support those living with arthritis. For us, regular gifts (usually through direct debits) provide steady income that lets us plan our work more effectively and allows us to reach more people living with arthritis.
Here are the two most common ways you can give regularly – by setting up a Direct Debit , or signing up to Payroll Giving.
Direct Debits are easy to set up, and you can choose to give monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on what suits you best. You can also choose the date that you would like to give (for example straight after pay day) and the money will automatically come out of your bank account on either the 1st, 15th, or 21st of the month.
If you are a UK taxpayer, you can also Gift Aid the gifts you make via Direct Debit, making each £1 worth 25p more!
Simply go to our donate page and click “Make a regular donation” to get going.
Payroll giving (also known as Give As You Earn) allows you to donate tax-free to Arthritis Care directly through your pay, making your gift worth up to 45% more. (This is because gifts to charities are tax free when collected through payroll giving).
If you would like to support Arthritis Care in this way, please talk to your employer or your human resources manager about setting up a payroll gift, or you can sign up using our online form.
