Branches and Groups
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io0d8lB5uEE We have branches and groups all over the UK which give you the opportunity to meet other people with arthritis in your community, share your experiences and learn from those of others. The kinds of things you can expect from your local branch or group range from exercise classes to learning techniques for living with arthritis or just having a cup of tea and getting to know people.
