Are post offices accessible?
Arthritis Care is supporting Citizens Advice to learn about whether post offices are accessible to people with arthritis. Find out how you can get involved below.
Citizens Advice is the statutory watchdog for post office consumers in Britain. The post office network is currently undergoing its largest ever branch restructuring programme, and Citizens Advice wants to work with people with arthritis to better understand their needs.
Research activities could include focus groups and ‘mystery shopping’ at particular branches, and will take place in December 2016, January 2017 and February 2017 across England, Wales and Scotland.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition such as arthritis and would be interested in taking part in this research, please contact Tim Schein at Citizens Advice on 03000 231180 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
